About Mark
Mark is an advocate of the High court and all courts of Judicature in Uganda with extensive experience in legislative drafting and law reform. His areas of interest are land law, employment law, taxation, environmental law, arbitration, project management and human rights.
Mark joined the firm in 2007. Mr. Sinabulya is a member of the Uganda Law Society and a member of the East African Law society.
